Designed with security and privacy as a priority; no external entities manage the data. Quick to set up with no training required, intuitive layout for minimal navigation overhead.
Supports customizable user access levels ranging from individual contributors to full admins, with easy edits requiring no coding knowledge.

- Collectively designed a new system to tag support tickets based on a hierarchical structure, enabling deeper insight and more accurate reporting about the Support Team's daily technical issues and trends.

Prepared the virtualized server and network environment for the SuiteRAFAM financial management system, in collaboration with the Municipal Financial and Systems Direction of Buenos Aires Province.
Deployed and configured virtual servers to achieve maximum performance, stability, and security for the city hall's financial operations.
